What AstronovAI provides
AstronovAI is a discovery, comparison, review, and organization platform for AI tools. The service may include tool profiles, categories, comparisons, articles, community discussions, user reviews, favorites, saved comparisons, submitted tools, public Company Pages, company workspaces, product ownership tools, verification, business requests, and external links.
AstronovAI does not own, operate, or control the third-party AI tools listed in the directory unless clearly stated otherwise.
Accounts and workspace features
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account, submitting tools, writing reviews, or contacting us.
- We may suspend, limit, or remove access if an account is used for spam, abuse, manipulation, security attacks, or other harmful activity.
- Workspace features such as favorites, recently viewed tools, saved comparisons, reviews, submissions, and company-management features may change as the product evolves.
- If you create, join, or manage a company workspace, you must have the authority or permission needed to act for that company and must use the access level granted to you responsibly.
Company workspaces, verification, and product ownership
AstronovAI Business allows authorized company representatives to create or manage a company workspace, maintain a public Company Page, connect products, collaborate with team members, and use company-facing features.
- Authority: if you create, claim, verify, manage, or join a company workspace, you represent that you are authorized to do so or have been granted appropriate permission by the company.
- Initial approval gates: company creation, claiming ownership of an existing product listing, and submitting a brand-new product may require AstronovAI review and approval. Approval is not guaranteed.
- Direct management after approval: once the relevant company or product relationship is approved, authorized workspace members may manage approved company, product, and commercial information directly, subject to their role and platform rules.
- Verification is separate: company verification may use a corporate email, DNS record, official domain, or another supported method to confirm control of a company identity or domain. Verification is a platform trust signal; it is not legal certification, an endorsement, or a guarantee of a company, product, or business outcome.
- Team access: workspace owners and administrators are responsible for invitations, roles, access permissions, and ownership-transfer decisions. Do not share workspace access with unauthorized people.
Company Pages, business content, and requests
Companies are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and rights associated with information they publish or manage, including company descriptions, logos, cover images, contact channels, people profiles, careers, updates, services, offers, partner programs, linked websites, and product information. Content marked for public display may be visible to anyone.
If you publish information about founders, employees, executives, or other people, you are responsible for having an appropriate basis to publish that information and for keeping it accurate. A public People record does not itself grant workspace access or prove employment, ownership, or authority.
Users may send business inquiries or requests through a public Company Page. AstronovAI provides the communication channel but is not a party to any transaction, negotiation, employment process, partnership, or other relationship that may follow. Companies are responsible for handling those requests lawfully and appropriately.
Ownership of a company workspace or product listing does not give a company the right to suppress independent reviews, manipulate ratings, or alter organic ranking. Company review responses and other public responses remain subject to community and moderation rules.
Company analytics and ranking independence
AstronovAI may provide first-party Company Page analytics and operational insights, such as aggregate page views, website clicks, product clicks, offer or careers interactions, and request activity. Metrics may be delayed, incomplete, sampled, or unavailable and should not be treated as a guarantee of performance or business results.
Commercial relationships, paid arrangements, offers, partner programs, affiliate relationships, sponsorships, advertising, or other monetization do not affect AstronovAI organic ranking. Sponsored or advertising placements, when offered, are handled separately from organic ranking and are subject to the applicable disclosures.
Reviews, discussions, and community conduct
Community features are intended to help users make better decisions. You agree not to post content that is illegal, abusive, hateful, harassing, deceptive, spammy, promotional without disclosure, infringing, or designed to manipulate ratings or discussions.
We may edit, hide, remove, report, or restrict content and accounts when needed to protect the community, platform quality, or legal compliance.
Submitted tools
When you submit a tool or brand-new product, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it. A submission or product claim does not guarantee approval, publication, ownership recognition, ranking, promotion, or inclusion in comparisons.
Tool information, rankings, and comparisons
We aim to present useful and structured information, but AI tools change quickly. Pricing, features, trial availability, affiliate programs, integrations, limits, security details, and product status may change without notice. Always verify important details on the official tool website before purchasing, subscribing, or making business decisions.
Comparisons and recommendations are informational and use-case driven. They are not professional, legal, financial, security, or procurement advice.
Affiliate links, sponsored tools, and ads
AstronovAI may include affiliate links, sponsored placements, display ads, direct sponsor campaigns, or promotional relationships. These arrangements may support monetization but do not affect organic ranking. Users should still independently verify products, offers, and commercial claims.

By submitting reviews, comments, reports, tool data, or other content, you grant AstronovAI permission to display, store, moderate, format, and use that content to operate and improve the website.
Disclaimers and limitations
AstronovAI is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the website will always be error-free, uninterrupted, complete, current, or suitable for every use case. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AstronovAI is not liable for losses related to third-party tools, user content, outdated information, pricing changes, service outages, or decisions made based on directory content.
