Griptape provides framework and runtime components, not guaranteed correct agents. Teams must evaluate prompts, tools, memory, retrieval, model behavior, permissions, data exposure, observability, retries, and human approval. Cloud usage, model-provider fees, storage, and infrastructure costs remain separate.

The open-source framework is free. Griptape Cloud has a developer free tier with 1 GB data, 1,000 API requests, and one structure-hour. Beyond that, published usage rates include $1/GB, $0.01/API request, and $0.25/structure-hour. Enterprise and self-hosted terms are custom.
